I was delighted with my Elara Floor lamp and how it looked in my living room. The mother of pearl is beautiful.
I had a couple of queries about how to access and change the bulbs inside the shade. Nicole responded quickly and kindly arranged for Spencer, the Warehouse Manager, to ring me and talk me through the process, He was patient and kind and I very much appreciated his help.
