Widely regarded as the finest basket makers in the world; the Wounaan are an indigenous tribe from the Choco region of Colombia in South America.
Each piece is an original indigenous work of art, dream woven by the women of the tribe. The basket colours are all 100% natural and are extracted from fruits, leaves, tree bark and other natural products found deep in the Rainforest.
This basket vase is a striking mix of natural, black and red pigments forming a mesmerising geometric pattern.
