From our family to yours…
We are a small family business with lofty goals: to protect and celebrate human creativity. We do this by partnering with master artisans from around the globe to offer UK homes a unique and exuberant collection of home decor and lighting.
We believe home should be a place full of stories, creativity and joy. A reflection of a life well lived and the journeys undertaken. Although from Irish & Welsh backgrounds, our own wanderlust means we have lived in a combined total of 18 countries.
The idea for Collectiviste was born after four years of life, work and travel in South East Asia, when we discovered the incredible shell work of the Bali artisans and dared to imagine a life beyond our corporate nine to five. So, we took the leap into the great start-up unknown and moved back to the UK with a storage unit full of lamps and big dreams. Five years and two babies later, we have made Norfolk our adoptive home and are proud to have a successful family business that is supporting artisan families from South America to South East Asia.
Everything in our collection has been lovingly handcrafted and bursts with interesting stories from the people who made them. Our company name is also a reflection of this amazing collective of people who make Collectiviste a reality. Collectiviste is our way of sharing this beautiful community of stories and products with you.

Design & Production
We are nature lovers and always choose natural finishes and materials for our collections, both for their sustainability credentials but also for their delightful look and feel. We believe that maintaining a connection with the natural environment is key to a happy home design scheme.
All our lamps are accompanied by perfectly paired warm white LED bulbs, which use up to 90% less energy than their incandescent or halogen counterparts.
All Collectiviste products are made using natural sustainable materials and traditional production processes. All materials used, from wood to palm fibres to seashells, have been responsibly sourced and certified. We love using high yielding materials such as rattan, bamboo and reeds, which are extremely sustainable and fast growing raw materials.
