Delivery Provider & Tracking

All our lamps are shipped with Parcelforce Express 24 hour delivery. 
A few larger items like the tall floor lamps have to be sent with Parcelforce XL 48 hour delivery.

We will send your tracking details via email, allowing you to track your delivery directly on www.parcelforce.com and if you provide a mobile number when you place your order, we will register you for text message updates on the day of delivery, including an estimated arrival time.

Delivery Timings

We deliver every week from Tuesday to Friday only.
 
If you order before 10am Monday - Thursday, we will aim for next day delivery.
All weekend orders (including Friday) will be processed on Monday and delivered Tuesday. 

 
You are also welcome to nominate a preferred delivery date (it must be Tuesday-Friday). Simply add it into the order notes at checkout.


   
Collectiviste Lighting Returns
Easy Returns


We are happy to arrange collection of any unused items within 30 days of your original delivery date. Just drop us an email requesting collection to orders@collectiviste.com or contact us via our live chat.

It is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they returned in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Please note, you will be required to cover the cost of return carriage. This will be a standard fare of £9.50 per item. Once we receive the goods, we will process your choice of refund or exchange.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your order is damaged or there are any discrepancies. If a return is required as a result of our error there will be no collection charge. You can contact us by email orders@collectiviste.com or via our direct chat. Our collection days are Monday to Thursday at the UK address of your choosing.

Black Friday Glow Event – Shipping & Returns

Our Black Friday Glow Event is a limited-time promotion running until 1st December, with 25% off storewide (lighting, decor and kids’ pieces), applied at checkout.

Returns on Black Friday purchases

Black Friday Glow Event purchases are exchange only for change of mind. This means:

  • We’re not able to offer refunds on discounted items if you simply change your mind

  • You’re welcome to exchange for another item or a credit note, subject to stock availability and our usual returns conditions (unused, in original packaging, within our returns window)

If an item arrives faulty or not as described, we will of course put that right – by repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Shipping during the event

Orders placed during the Black Friday Glow Event ship will be shipped after the event, and we use tracked services for peace of mind. With our current schedule, we expect all UK Black Friday orders to arrive well before Christmas.

On the rare occasion a parcel is delayed or goes astray, we’ll always look after you and arrange a suitable solution in line with our standard policy.
