I had a lamp for several years that was purchased as a gift to me, I love it so much, it has always been a talking point when anyone saw it for the first time. I was so happy to find Collectiviste on Etsy and sent a message straight away, Nicole was amazing, I sent photos of my original lamp and purchased another lamp and also a lampshade so that they can now be used in my bedroom. The customer service was beyond anything I've ever come across, Nicole was happy to match the new items (as much as possible) to my existing lamp, she also arranged for the cable to be white on the lamp and even sent me an extra cable so my existing lamp would match. Nicole was quick to message and responded in a very helpful way. I cannot thank her and their team enough. Both items arrived quickly, were packaged beautifully and a great match for my existing lamp.
