A fine pair

Excellent customer service

These lights are lovely but when off they are a little too dark for our room - the gold discs look quite brown (our room is quite dark), so I wanted to swap them for a different design. The staff were amazing, quick and efficient - sent me a code for the amount paid so I could put it towards my chosen replacement that cost a little more. They arranged for Parcel force to collect the lamps, arriving with a prepaid label to stick to the box. Highly recommend!! The other floor light I bought was perfect and we were looking forward to bring our replacement table lights 😁

Beautiful lamps

I have other collectiviste lamps so was pretty confident these would be just as beautiful and they are. They were chosen to add a couple of warm focal points in a newly decorated room, rather than for giving off light. They look nice unlit or lit and add the golden warmth I wanted.
Very quick delivery and well packaged so in perfect condition on arrival.
